UK Rolls Out New Vaccine, But Lockdown Ordered

LONDON, UK, January 4, 2021 (ENS) – The first vaccinations using the Oxford University/AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine were given today to members of the British public. It turns out that the vaccine rollout came on the same day that Prime Minister Boris Johnson issued an urgent order for a six-week lockdown in an attempt to curb the soaring infection rate.
