The Bureau of Land Management offered a Right-of-Way grant for the construction of a natural gas pipeline and associated fiber optic cable following the signing of the first ever Joint Federal Record of Decision prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management Joe Balash approving the Donlin Gold, LLC mine site in the Kuskokwim River Valley.
