Sea Shepherd is pleased to announce the launch of Sea Shepherd – Ocean ACTION Reports, a new series that will debut on EarthxTV during Climate Week September 21-27, 2020.
This monthly speaker series provides updates on Sea Shepherd’s international efforts to protect the word’s oceans from the captains and crew on the front lines of ocean conservation.
The first episode airs on September 25, 2020, at 4 pm Pacific Time. Hosted by Captain Paul Watson, the half-hour episode tells the remarkable story of Sea Shepherd’s 43-year history and mission to end the destruction of habitats and the slaughter of marine life.
Future episodes will feature updates on Operation Milagro – Sea Shepherd’s campaign to save the critically endangered vaquita porpoise; highlights from our campaigns to eradicate illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing in Africa’s coastal waters; and Operation Divina Guadalupe – Sea Shepherd’s campaign to protect beaked whales in Mexico and beyond.
