Interior Signs Agreement to Evaluate Potential Highway Transfer

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) and the state of Maryland today signed a non-binding general agreement to work together to explore possible legislative solutions regarding future management alternatives for a 19-mile portion of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
