Court Approves Consent Decree Allowing EPA to Move Forward with Butte Cleanup

WASHINGTON (September 16, 2020) — Today, the Federal District Court of Montana approved the motion to enter the Butte Priority Soils Operable Unit consent decree and supporting documents, making the consent decree an enforceable order of the Court.
